Stop Being Such A "When-er"

When it comes to improving your health, have you ever said something like:

 

"I'll start taking care of myself when..."

And then you gave an excuse (or "reason") for not getting started then...or at all?

 

Admit it.  You have.  

It's something I hear all the time.


I'll get started WHEN:

-the kids are out of school

-my kitchen repairs get finished

-we get back from vacation

-my husband/wife starts a new job

-my kids' sports slow down

-my parents are taken care of

-the summer is over

-the kids are back to school

-I lose "X" pounds and get in some better shape (this one always makes me chuckle)

-this low back/knee/shoulder (insert body part) starts feeling better

-I'm not as stressed

-my schedule isn't so crazy

 

Any of these sound familiar?
