Do you golf?
If you do, you know how difficult it is to get a hole-in-one.
If you've ever gotten one, you know how exciting and energizing that moment can be.
Most golfers go their entire lives without ever getting one.
Maybe they think it's due to:
-their clubs
-the weather
-bad luck
In other words, they have a list of excuses ready to lay out for why they never got a hole-in-one.
However, sometimes a golfer is able to make an adjustment - not to the club, not to the weather, not to his/her luck.
Instead they make an adjustment to their body.
They start a healthy routine that helps them improve their mobility.
And that improved mobility leads to less stress and tension.
And that leads to improved sleep.
And that leads to more energy.
And all of that leads to better health, a better quality of life, and better results - at home, at work, or at play.
I know this to be true, because I just had a friend experience his first ever hole-in-one.
Meet Jim Flick:

I've been working with Jim for about 2 months.
He came to see me with a number of medical concerns he was dealing with.
And those medical issues also happened to be having a negative impact on his golf game.
