What's Your Definition Of Success

If you've followed me at all, you've likely heard me say:

"Nothing gets better when your health gets worse. Not personally or professionally.

Not at home, work, or play. But everything can get better when your health improves."


When it comes to your better health, what does success look like?

Is it:

-losing a certain amount of weight?

-being able to run a marathon?

-being able to fit into your summer clothes? (or fall/winter/spring)

-bench pressing or squatting or deadlifting a certain weight?

-reduce or eliminate your nagging back, hip, or knee pain?

Regardless of what that success marker might be, do you know your "so that"?

Are you trying to achieve better health so that:

-you can enjoy a better relationship with your spouse

-you can do more for and with your children and/or grandchildren

-you can be more productive or see better results at work

-you can more enjoyment out of your recreational activities

All of those are certainly achievable when you can get stronger, move better, and reduce your pain.

In order to do that, you need to have a proven, simple plan to follow that helps you:

-keep a positive mental attitude

-reduce, eliminate, & prevent injuries

-maximize your ability to exercise

-create & follow a healthy eating habits

That's what will bring you success when it comes to creating better health for you.

But it’s up to you to define what that success means for you.

Not society or those around you.

It’s not up to someone else to say you should lift a certain amount of weight or lose a certain amount of weight or look a certain way or act a certain way.

It’s up to YOU to determine what success means to you.
