Let’s face it, being healthy isn’t easy.  Especially with everything going on in your world today.  But if you want things to change, the choice is up to you.  The best part about it is you don’t have to do it alone.

When you can have a COACH, be part of a supportive TEAM, and are given a SIMPLE plan to follow, your chances of achieving a successful transformation are much greater.

Here’s How The Fit For Fall Challenge Works

1. We will be hosting an information session on Monday, September 27th at 6:45 pm.  We will present an overview of the Challenge and answer any questions.  This will be done live at The Ultimate Wellness LAB in Havertown, but it will also be live-streamed on Zoom for those that register ahead of time and want to attend virtually.  It will also be recorded and sent to those who aren’t able to make the live meeting.

2. The deadline to register is midnight Thursday, September 30th.

3. We will be offering times to complete an optional Body Composition Analysis on Friday, October 1st, Saturday, October 2nd, and Sunday, October 3rd.  This is a 5-minute test that will give us a baseline measurement of your weight, body fat percentage, and lean muscle mass.  If you are not able to do the analysis or are participating virtually, you can provide us with a bodyweight measurement from a scale at home.

4. The Challenge officially begins on Saturday, October 2nd with a welcome message and a series of instructions on how to achieve the best results.  The first workout for the Challenge will be on Monday, October 4th.  The final workout day will be Saturday, October 30th.  Final body composition measurements will be on Saturday, October 30th, and/or Sunday, October 31st.

5. The Challenge will consist of 2-3 live workouts via Zoom each week.  If you are not able to attend a live workout, you will be provided a recording to do on your own time.  You will need minimal equipment, but it may be helpful if you have any of the following (hand towels, resistance bands, light dumbbells, medicine ball).

6. We will look for you to set up a consistent schedule on either Mon, Wed, Fri, or Tue, Thur, Sat.  You can choose to attend from the following workout times:

  • 5:30, 6:15, 7:00, 8:45 am Mon thru Fri (7 am is MWF only).
  • 5:15, 6:00 pm Mon thru Thur.
  • 7:15, 8:00, 8:45 am on Sat.
  • If you are not able to attend a live time, you can attend another day or that day’s recording will be provided in our private Facebook group.

7. In addition to the weekly workouts, you will be provided a healthy nutrition plan that includes:

  • A Fundamental Food Guide (learn the basics of what your body needs, where to get it from, what to eat, what not to eat, and how much to eat)
  • A plan for a healthy, natural detox to help get rid of the toxicity and inflammation running wild in your body
  • Ultimate Wellness Cookbook with nearly 100 delicious recipes

8. Through daily motivation and communication from your personal coach and through connections to your Ultimate Wellness community, you’ll have the support you need to achieve the best experience and results possible.

9. Based on your level of participation (ACCOUNTABILITY), you’ll have the opportunity to claim some great prizes at the end of the Challenge.

10. Complete the Fit For Fall Challenge and you’ll be ready to transform and improve your health, your life, and your world!!

Coaches make sure and correct you if you are doing the exercise incorrectly. Modifications to exercises are also given. Prior to the start, coaches demonstrate the exercise routine. Ultimate Wellness is also family oriented. There is something for everyone. Recorded sessions are also provided in case you miss a session. I used to lift "heavier" weights at the gym. After this program, I am not sure heavier weights is a healthy option.”
